I really can’t wait until 2025 or later to get a refund. Until the concert dates in 2024 are officially canceled by you, this prevents your fans who need their money from getting any refunds from AXS . You state on your website July 2,2024, you “don’t plan on being back on stage until 2025.
I need a refund on tickets for 10/17/24 scheduled concert and AXS refuses . I’m not a kid, I’m 73 years old and honestly need this refund. Please make this adjustment to how you are approaching your future concert dates by officially canceling those dates in 2024, so your fans can be treated fairly.
